1.What type of cars do you use?

R. The cars we use are:

  • Mercedes S-Class.
  • Mercedes e- class/ audi a6.
  • Citroen c8/ Mondeo/Accord/ Avensis/Focus Smax/ etc...
  • Mercedes Viano/ vw Caravelle (people carrier).

2.What happens if my flight is delayed?

R. We always wait for our clients. We check the details of every flight that we are waiting for so know if there are any delays or problems and will meet you when the flight actually arrives - even if it is early!

3.How do I find my taxi driver at the airport?

R. Your taxi driver will wait between the luggage hall and the arrival hall in Terminal 2 and in the arrival hall in Terminal 1, and will be holding a sign with your name on it.

4.What facilities do you have for small children?

R. Baby and child seats are available for 10 euros a trip.

5.How much luggage can you fit in your cars?

R. There is room for 2 large suitcases or 3 medium suitcases in a 5 seater taxi and up to 7 large suitcases in a minibus.

6.Are your taxis and drivers insured?

R. All our cars have insurance according to the EU regulations and this covers both its drivers and passengers We take our passenger safety very seriously.

7.Is this a 24 hours service?

R. Yes, it is, as long as you have a confirmed reservation. We work 24 hours a day and 7 days a week without exception - even on public holidays!

R. The price quoted does not include gratuity. If you feel the driver has been helpful, courteous and friendly, then a small tip is normal.
